Here’s 1 Simple Thing You Can Do To Stop Acne Breakouts

Most would say that consumption of fatty, greasy, or sweet food can cause your skin to breakout. But after years of research and study I’m here to tell you that pretty much any type of food can cause acne breakouts.

Allow me to explain…

Foods that cause acne are the ones you are allergic to. And your body can be allergic to any type of food (yes, even the foods health experts considered to be healthy).

And nearly everyone are not even aware of the foods they are allergic to because the symptoms of their allergic reactions are not that bad.

Symptoms of allergic reactions can be anything from swelling, irritated skin, skin rash, faintness, and even acne spots.

How does eating the foods you’re allergic to cause acne?

When you consume the types of food that your body is allergic to it becomes very toxic in your system. Alerting your body to get rid of these toxins as fast as it can it can by using your skin as a channel of elimination. Resulting in acne breakouts.

So instead of waiting for your bowels to get rid of these toxins, your body uses your skin as a channel of elimination. This will eliminate toxins quicker, lowering your body’s level of toxicity.

How To Test For Acne Causing Foods

This way of testing for food allergy can be difficult in the beginning but it’ll be worth it.

You can test for food allergies by consuming only one or two types of food for 2 to 3days. If your skin spots starts to vanish and you are then your body is not allergic to this type of food and may continue eating it.

You then just continue to eat more types of food more food all through the week.

Whenever you consume a different type of food and you start to see acne breakouts take a note of that particular food and stop consuming it. And just keep on doing this until you tested all the foods you eat on a daily or weekly basis.
